Enterprise informatization is a process improving control level, development capacity and operating level of an enterprise through application of information technologies (IT) and development and utilization of enterprise`s information resources, which is based on BPR (business process re-engineering), realizing effective utilization and sharing of enterprise`s internal and external information so as to enhance economic efficiency and market competitiveness of the enterprise through controlling and integrating all information of the enterprise during production and operation activities by employing techniques of computer, network and database in certain depth and extension.
